How to ship cases to us |
| Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Taking working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary. |
| c. Taking bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts. If we prepare the implant parts, please inform what implant type and design is needed. |

e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier that is convinent to you, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You need to prepare two copies of commercial invoices and a non wooden declaration paper.
