As the name: full cast crown, or full metal crown, suggests, these crowns are cast totally in metal. There are a lot of alloys available on the market to make this product. Normally for a full metal crown, we have three type of products that can be chosen: high-noble, noble and base metal alloys.
Compared to gold crowns, non precious crowns are stronger and harder, much more inexpensive, normally silver in color.
full cast crowns are normally used on posterior teeth due to aesthetic reasons. Although only a thin layer of metal, they are durable in function and strong, therefore full cast crowns normally require minimal tooth preparation.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Chinese holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
