1. Write a workorder, fill with as much information as possible; example, patient names, tooth required, service items, return dates, designs, color, special comments etc. |
| 2. Please send us the working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary |
| 3. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |

4. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose from the following shipping couriers, DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper, which is essential for your shipping.
