A special tray is made when in some situations, pre-made impression trays does not fit for individual patient, custom trays have a shape that corresponds to the shape of the mucosa of the individual patient. It can help dentist take more professional secondary impressions for future construction, such as perforated trays for dentures or full dentures, or sectional tray for implants. We use acrylic materials for special trays, which gives patient no special smell or odour.

| A. Please prepare the following things before shipping to us: |

1. Write a work order to us, fill with as much and detail information as possible; such as dentists, patient names, patient age, tooth number, service item, return dates, designs, color, other things needed, etc. |
| 2. Prepare to send us a working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary |
| 3. Prepare to send us the bite registration (if necessary) |
| 4. Please include all implant parts if an implant shall be made this time, including lab parts. |

5. Prepare an airway bill before shipping, (you can choose from the following shipping couriers, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex, DHL is favorable, as it is quickier) You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper.
