How to ship cases to us |
| A. Please prepare the following items before shipping your cases or digital cases to us: |

1. First write us a work order, fill in as much information and as detail as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, patient age, service item, return dates, tooth number, crown or bridge, preparation trype, designs, color, special requests, etc. |
| 2. Prepare a working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary, (silicone is more favorable than alginate impressions) |
| 3. Prepare a bite registration (if necessary) |
| 4. Please include all implant parts if an implant shall be made, including lab parts. |

5. Prepare an airway bill before shipping, (you can choose whichever shipping couriers, but the following are tested to be quickier: DHL, Fedex or UPS.) You may also need to prepare documents for shipping, such as a commercial invoice or a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person first, we have those formats that you probably could use. |
